Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, except where noted on the product page.

Return shipping: The customer pays return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, in which case we cover return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
